Returns & Exchanges

At Earthquake, we want you to feel the ground move with your new style, but if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the apparel in its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
